Great post. So much of this boils down to communication. Positive, transparent, proactive communication is at the heart of painting the big picture, clarifying what is important, telling stories, etc. We can't gloss over the truth or "rah rah" our way through a true crisis. Rather, we must ensure the entire team understands what is happening and why...and what we all must do -- from top to bottom -- to overcome it. Great stuff. TM
